Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued by Manuel Ogomigo LTD. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Refund eligibility

• No refunds: Due to the nature of the services rendered, including design, development and consultation, we do not offer refunds. Once a service agreement is made and work has commenced, all fees are non-refundable.
• Non-refundable services: Consulting sessions, completed design work and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated to the client at the start of the engagement.

Requesting a refund

• No refund requests: As refunds are not offered, there is no process for requesting a refund.

Processing refunds

• No processing: Since refunds are not available, there will be no processing of refund requests.

Exceptions

• Case-by-case consideration: In exceptional circumstances, any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Manuel Ogomigo LTD.
